How does our shipping work?

We works with global manufacturers and suppliers worldwide to provide you with the best prices. 

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different international warehouse, depending on the products availability, destination country and current shipping efficiency. 

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping time varies by location. Most of the time, our products will arrive a lot quicker and be aware that sometimes it is out of our control. These are our estimates: (excluding 2-5 day processing time)

Shipping Rates

We have a fixed shipping rate of $5.99 to all destinations worldwide. Orders over $39.99 ship for free. 


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Worldwide Delivery

Currently, we do ship worldwide. But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order.

Tracking Information 

Your tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order by clicking HERE!

Sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Delayed Orders

We will not be liable for the delayed shipment in the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part because of force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, transportation limitations, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. We are NOT responsible for the customs clearance/local delivery carrier delays.

Missing Parcel

If your order is not received within 30 days from the dispatch day, please contact us via We would do all we can to track&trace your parcel. Please note, most of the delivery carriers do not hold tracking information for more than 60 days, therefore, we will not be able to track your parcel/check the delivery status. If your order is not delivered/missing and 60 days have gone by since the dispatch day, we will not be able to assist you.

Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. If the package gets returned to us due to incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address, however, you will be liable for the accrued shipping costs, or we can provide you with a refund where the shipping cost will be deducted.

Parcels Awaiting Collection From The LPO

Once the parcel is dispatched, you shall receive a shipping information email with the tracking number. The customer's responsibility is to track the package and collect it on time if, due to unsuccessful delivery, the parcel is returned to the local post office for collection. We do NOT send text messages, notifications or email reminders to collect the package. If the parcel is not collected and returned to us, we can reship it, however, you will be liable for the accrued shipping costs, or we can provide you with a refund where the shipping cost will be deducted.
