 How long does shipping take?

    All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 4-30 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

     Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

      Yes - we currently ship to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

      We have a fixed shipping rate of $5.99 to all destinations worldwide. Orders over $39.99 ship for free.

       How can I pay?

        We accept payment via PayPal, If you don't have a PayPal account, We will accept all debit or credit cards, Just select "PayPal" and click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button.

         I would like to change my items ordered. What should I do?

          Once an order is submitted, if you need to update items on your order please contact us at support@wantu.org as soon as possible. The easiest way would be to create a new order with your updated items and cancel your existing order.

           Can I cancel my order?

            To cancel your order, please send us an email at support@wantu.org within 2 hours of placing to ensure we can cancel it before it is processed and dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we cannot interrupt the delivery or issue a refund while the package is in transit.

             What if there are items missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?

              For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at support@wantu.org. Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with a proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! You may keep it as a gift from us.

               What is your return & exchange policy?

                 Do I need an account to order?

                  You don’t! If you do wish to create one, it’s super easy and you can save your addresses and orders for easier checkout next time when you come back!

                  Which currency will I be charged in?

                    We charge in USD because the bulk of our supplies and operational costs are billed to us in US dollars and 90% of our customers are from the US. You will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

                     Is buying from you safe?

                      Yes, absolutely. Any sensitive information is encrypted using a terribly complicated formula.

                       Is my personal information kept private?

                        Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law. If you wish us to remove the information we have stored, please contact support@wantu.org and we will remove your information immediately.
